Asset Hierarchies

Maintenance teams and facility managers often struggle with complex asset structures, inefficient maintenance planning and execution, and challenges in detailed asset tracking. These issues can lead to difficulties in identifying the root causes of equipment failures, resulting in increased downtime, higher operational costs, and reduced overall efficiency.

Asset Hierarchies will give you the ability to:

  • Structured asset management lets you add a parent: child relationship to the asset object, allowing for a structured and hierarchical view of assets.
  • Streamline maintenance planning and execution by providing a clear and structured view of asset relationships.
  • Targeted maintenance introduces clear definitions and enables the mapping of equipment units, subunits, components, or parts to specific assets.
  • Resulting in minimize downtime by ensuring that the right parts are available when needed, and by quickly identifying and addressing issues.

Organize your assets into hierarchies by using the bulk action or individually editing the asset. Then you can view the Asset Hierarchy in a tree structure which can be searched or browsed.

Performance Improvements

Asset List, Inventory List, PM List, and Work Order List

These new views focus on delivering significantly improved performance, faster load times, and a more scalable user experience, particularly in high-data environments. When you have early access, then you can begin using these enhanced views alongside the current modules to explore the improved performance, faster load times, and more scalable user experience.

The views are designed for high-performance use, and load data in small batches, for example, 50-100 records, instead of all records at once. This gives you:

  • Faster load times.
  • Improved responsiveness during scroll, filter, and sort.
  • Better scalability for large data.

Note that the overall layout and functionality remains the same for users.

Part Kitting

Maintenance Plans

Field technicians and maintenance teams often face challenges such as delays in finding and assembling parts, inefficient inventory management, and frequent errors in part usage. Technicians often encounter situations where they arrive at a job site only to discover they’re missing critical tools, parts, or materials required to complete the task. These issues can lead to delays in job completion, increased downtime, higher operational costs, and reduced customer satisfaction.

Park Kitting is designed to automatically assign asset-specific kits for work orders or preventive maintenance, including cost and stock details. This integration aims to reduce delays, optimize technician time, and improve inventory and procurement planning.

This will allow you to add individual parts to a Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule. When the PM generates a Work Order (WO), the required parts are automatically included in the WO, ensuring that all necessary parts are accounted for.

Part Kit Library

The Part Kit Library, where you can easily find your Part Kits and then you will be able to rename the Part Kit, add or remove parts, change the quantities, and sort the Part Id column.
