Customers

The Customer module is where you can manage all your customer details, notes, price points, and quickly look up work orders and invoices. Keeping customer records is essential for maintaining strong relationships with your customers. This module lets you:

  • View the customer key performance indicators to see the number of active customers, top 10 customers by work / paid invoice, etc.
  • Create your customers and update their details.
  • Assign customers to specific sites, where you can have custom price points applied for each site and each customer.
  • Add attachments or links
  • View  the customer's timeline to see their work order and invoice history.
