Print Operator Companion App QR Codes for Assets

Before you can print the barcodes, you will need to install the Barcode Client (cloud printing service) set up it with access to the barcode printer, see Set up the Barcode Client.

  1. Navigate to Assets and the Asset Management screen displays.
  2. From the asset list, filter for the asset(s) you want to print the barcode label for. Learn how in customize the Asset View.
  3. Either select all the assets or select individual asset(s).

  1. Click the More Actions clipboard_e799fe220bbee3c806212715c14c04a9a.png icon.
  2. Select Print QC App QR Codes and the Print QR Labels dialog displays.
  3. From the Label Printer, select the printer.

  1. The QR Code displays and you can select the number of copies.

  1. Click the Print button and the QR Code labels are sent to the printer.
