Access Maintenance Plans

Learn how to access the Maintenance Plans and what are the tasks involved in how they are set up.

  1. From the menu, click Settings.
  2. Under the Libraries heading, click Maintenance Plans.

It is here that you can (A) create Plan Categories, (B) create Maintenance Plans, and (C) show the inactive Maintenance Plans.

Additionally, you can edit the plan, rename the plan's name, duplicate a plan, and make a plan inactive.

Within the Maintenance Plan, you can (D) add parts, add public or private notes, and add attachments. The plans allow you to (E) set parameters on your assets to automatically create Work Orders based on the criteria you set. Then you can have those Work Orders assigned to your workers or employees.
