- Check box on Suggested Purchase Order's "Better Price" screen had a color change, and is now more visible

- Eliminated a bug causing "You do not have permissions." error, when creating a work order
- Fixed issue causing parts added to a Work Order from the Parts Master, not displaying the part ID or set the current cost properly
