Review the Work Orders

Overview

The Home screen lets you quickly review the work order, and you can either:

  • (A) Search - for a work order number, purpose, description, failure code, asset ID, and asset description.
  • (B) Browse - by all, urgent, overdue, my work, and unassigned
  • (C) Create a work order - learn more in Create a Work Order (mobile).

Search

If you are looking for a particular work order, then enter the work order number or description in Search field and the list displays the search results.

Browse

After you have signed in, you will see the work orders displayed on the screen and filters that can be used to browse the work orders.

It is important to note that the work orders are from all your Sites that the current user has access to.

When your security role has the Restrict to Assigned setting enabled, then you will only see the All Work and My Work filters; if your Administrator has this setting disabled then you will see all the filters. Learn more about security in Security Roles and Roles Management
