Using the Knowledge Center


Using our Knowledge Center is easy. There are different ways you can get answers to your questions, and we have worked hard to make sure that you always have the information you need.

If you have a specific question, you can type it into the search bar on the front page of the Knowledge Center. That will bring up a list of potential matches to your question. This is likely the easiest way to find answers

From the main page, you can also access our Knowledge Base, which will allow you see all the articles and videos we have, organized by topic so you can directly look for what you need.

There are specific buttons on that main page to help you with onboarding your organization and training new users. You can also sign up for our live webinars to stay up-to-date with the latest ways of using ManagerPlus. If interested, you can also sign to get hands-on training at one of our seminars.

If you are still unable to get answers to your question, you can check out our video trainings or submit a question to our Customer Support.  There is also a place at the bottom of the page where you can access more technical aspects of the Knowledge Center, like System Requirements, Release Notes, our Glossary of Terms, or other Frequently Asked Questions.

The process of getting your organization educated and ready to use ManagerPlus is called onboarding. It involves importing your asset data into your ManagerPlus platform and educating your employees to use it.  For more detail, you can click on the Onboarding button on the Knowledge Center’s main page.

If your organization already uses the ManagerPlus, but you are new to using it, you may want some education to get familiar with the platform. We have many videos and articles to help a new user learn the ins and outs of asset management with ManagerPlus. You can use the New User Training button on the Knowledge Center’s main page.
