Enhancements

  • Cycle Counts - Enables users to schedule cycle count creation on a quarterly or semi-annual basis. Learn more in Set up a Cycle Count Schedule.

General Maintenance

  • Notify - Generate Due Schedule - Fixed an issue where Notify failed to generate due PMs when "Is Not" was used in the criteria.
  • Planning Board - Fixed an issue where unscheduling a work order in the planning board incorrectly removed the Primary Assigned flag, even though contacts remained assigned.
  • Assets - Improved the Assets Activity card for System Updates, resolving previous confusion.
  • Inventory - Fixed soft lock when creating a new sublayer in a bin; now it correctly checks the bin and handles creation with proper prompts.
  • Work Order - Improved behavior of the Work Order’s Service Task List.
  • Report - Improved the asset log summary report with respect to work order fields.

New Features

Customer API: GET Warehouse Inventory

This new API endpoint lets you retrieve warehouse inventory, including part details and quantities. This comes with optional filters for more granular querying, making it easier than ever to get the information you need.

Customer API: PATCH Part Details

This new PATCH endpoint lets you update part details such as status, quantity, and cost. This means you can now make changes without the need to recreate parts, streamlining your workflow.

Enhancements

Work Order Import Improvement - Source Column Added

We've added a source column to the Work Order Import to help Eptura Asset identify the origin of imported work orders. This helps to prevent the import of duplicate work orders, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.

General Maintenance

  • Filtering by Group - Fixed an issue causing extra white space when filtering by Group in assets, requests, PMs, and work orders.
  • Work Request - Fixed a bug where the "Filter by Group" setting was lost after opening a Work Request.
  • Budget Transactions - Improved performance of the Budget Transactions grid to reduce loading time.
  • Report - Fixed an issue where the "Part Type Selection" filter did not apply in the "Parts Used" canned report.
  • Asset Activity Timeline - Enhanced the display of WO purpose in the asset activity timeline, ensuring better readability for large WO numbers.
