Assign Assets to PM

When you have similar assets that require the same PM, you can filter for the assets and then assign them to the PM in bulk.

  1. From the Asset Management screen, filter for the assets you want. Learn more Customize the Asset View.

  1. Check the Select All icon to select the assets in the list.

  1. From the Actions drop-down, select the Assign to PM and the Maintenance Plan Lookup form displays.
  2. Either search or browse for the plan.

  1. Click the plan and the Start Date dialog displays.

  1. From the calendar picker, select the date.
  2. Click the Submit button.

The assets are assigned to the PM.

Only the assets in the list that don't have a plan will be assigned to the PM.
