Create a New Maintenance Plan

Learn how to create a new Maintenance Plan.

  1. From the menu, click Settings.
  2. Under the Libraries heading, click Maintenance Plans and the Maintenance Library displays.
  3. From the left-column, select a Plan Category.

  1. Click the Create New Plan button and the name field displays.

  1. Enter the plan's name and then press the Enter key.

  1. Click the Create New PM button.

New PM

  1. In the PM Name field, enter the name of the PM.
  2. In the Purpose field, enter the purpose.
  3. From the Work Type drop-down, select either: Corrective, Predictive, or Preventive.

Maturity Rules

  1. From the Set Work Order Due Date drop-down, select either:
    • No Due Date
    • Work Order Creation and then enter the days after the Work Order Creation
    • Schedule Date and then enter the days after the Schedule Date
  2. From the Reset Timing drop-down, select either:
    • Creation
    • Completion.
  3. Click the Save button.

After you have saved the PM, you will be able to complete the following:
