Work Companion App Overview

Mobilize your maintenance team with this powerful work order tool. It is fully loaded with your Asset and Equipment Lists, and all their maintenance activities.  This includes PMs, Work Orders, Inspections, Service Tasks, etc. 

While Full Users can use the app, it is designed for Mobile Techicians, giving them the freedom to:

  • schedule work for an individual or a team
  • review work assigned
  • update information
  • complete work orders while on the go
  • retains the most recent data even while offline
  • track the maintenance history of individual assets

The app contains:

  • Calendar: Sync with the planning board on
  • My Work: Shows all the open work orders, highlighting the ones specifically assigned to that user.

Work orders shown, will be for a single entity/site at a time

  • Work Orders: All the familiar aspects of the Eptura Asset work orders are found in the companion app.  
    • Labor records
    • Parts needed / parts used
    • Notes
    • Expenses
    • Important external attachments (e.g. photos, contracts, schematics, etc)
  • Assets: Those in the field have access to all asset classes, their history, and the results of their inspections
  • Barcodes: The mobile app allows the user to scan an asset's established barcode, and pull up the maintenance records
