Forgot Password? How to Reset Your Password

Forgetting your password happens more often than you think. Resetting it is easy. Follow the steps below to reset your password. 

1. First, request a password, click the Forgot Password link.
2. In the Email field, enter your UserID.
3. Click the Send button. An email with a password link will be sent to the email address listed for that UserID.
4. From the email click the reset password link.
5. Create a new password, then confirm your new password.

Password requirements:

• Minimum of 8 characters
• At least one Capital and one lower case letter
• At least 1 number

When complete, you will be automatically be logged in.
