Add a Note to a Maintenance Plan

You can add a internal note or a public note to a Maintenance Plan.

  1. Click the Settings icon on the side ribbon.
  2. Under Libraries section, click the Maintenance Plans button.
  3. Open the Maintenance Plan you want to edit.
  4. Open one of the PMs in that Maintenance Plan.
  5. Click the More Actions icon.

  1. Click Notes and the PM Notes panel displays.

  1. Click enter the New Internal Note button or New Public Note button.
  2. Enter the note.
  3. Click the Add Note button.
