BI - Enhancements to BI Pipes and Fields

Released August 31st

  • Time zone offset is now applied to Work Order Labor list and Work Requests, converting the date and time field to the user’s local time.

Alternate Parts now available

Released August 3rd

  • You can now replace a part on a work order by using alternate parts when original part quantities are insufficient.

General Maintenance

Released August 31st

  • Asset Logs - When completing a work order that requires reset logs, an error would populate indicating “Work order could not be posted”. We have now corrected this issue.

Released August 17th

  • Asset Logs - When updating log entries from a work order, meter readings were not being updated for child assets. We have now resolved this issue.

  • Invoice Advanced Search - When using the advanced search in the invoices module, the search window would disappear without any results populating. That was annoying, so we fixed it.

  • PM Search - When searching for a PM and viewing a Work Order PM history, the search results would clear upon exiting the work order. This inconvenience has now been resolved.

  • Work Order Advanced Search - When searching for a Work Order using the advanced search, the search results would reset to the top of the list after viewing and exiting a work order. We have now corrected this issue.

Released August 3rd

  • Employee Settings- When checking for labor rates, department labor codes would disappear.  We have now resolved this issue.

  • Localization - When setting the language (region) to the Netherlands, active drop-downs were experiencing a text overlap. That was annoying, so we fixed it.

  • Purchase Order Search - When using the advanced purchase order search, the loading animation would appear and the application would hang.  This issue has been fixed.
