Work Order Advanced Search Options

Enhancements

• Work Orders Advanced Search now clarifies default maximum results limited to 500, and directs users to BI reports to obtain the entire list if needed (see image below)

• Work Order Advanced Search parameters default to a 90-day search window, which can be based on Created Date or Completed Date.  Date range can still be changed by the user (see image below).

• Vendor Portal: The SEND button on Send email card will no longer be active if the Vendor does not have an associated email address.
• Inspection Templates will now alert you to steps needing to be completed before navigating away from the page.  If NO is selected, it will also highlight in Red any field that is still required before saving  (see image below).

• Inspection module default report can now be changed to a custom report.  This report can be configured by going under Settings > Sites.  There, you can override the default Inspections report, with the report of your choosing (see image below).

• Fixed issue with inability to search for parts not showing on the Parts Master list or the entire Parts Master not loading
• Corrected issue with DOWN text disappearing from asset image, if a change to the main form of the work order was made.
• Resolved issue with Advanced Search bringing back results outside the established date parameters.
• Corrected issue which allowed user to change the schedule rule type on a maintenance plan, rather than requiring the user to correctly establish a new schedule rule
