Update to Comments on Inspection Failures

Enhancements

• Now users are prevented from accidentally deactivating their site, if it is their ONLY site
• User can no longer enter just a space for a defect comment.  A substantive reason must be given for successful completion

• Resolved issue with data from custom Asset fields showing in Classic but not in Lightning
• Corrected Inspection Report that was not properly displaying the Task Name  and Timestamp 
• Fixed issue with Inventory Brand/Model not saving properly
• Saved Inventory Brands and Brand models display immediately without requiring a refresh
• Corrected Request Portal issue, causing Asset list to not populate after selecting a location in a secured portal
