Enhancements

  BI

• Improvements made to BI Custom Reports pipes, including:

  • New enhancements for greater stability

  • New table for log dates 

• BI will now be exclusively on Lightning 

  Work Orders

• Require a Customer: Allows you to choose whether the customer field must be filled out on Work Orders (must be adjusted in Work Order Settings)
  • Settings > Module Settings > Work Orders > Work Type
     
     

  Settings - Work Orders

• Admins can now decide if all meters or only the primary log is required on a Work Order (preference must be established in Work Order Settings)
  • Settings > Module Settings > Work Orders > Workflow > select your desired Work Order Status

• Fixed issue causing Asset list not to load
• Resolved Time Zone issue
• Usernames now allow up to 24 characters
• Status changes in invoices now include username
• Status changes in Purchase Orders now include username
• Purchase Order received tab is now being displayed properly
• Purchase Order Time Zone issue fixed
• Fixed issue causing logs that were not updated to display on a Work Order
• Now greater contrast between font color and background for greater legibility
