Enhancements

• Invoices are now available in Lightning.  Work Orders can track what work was completed, and auto-generate an invoice for the customer. On-demand invoices are also possible.  Markup parts and services, and track receivable invoices from your customers.  Click here for more Invoices details.

• Financial values have been updated & standardized, to appear consistently across the application.  Modules that will be impacted include:  Work Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Budget Transactions, and BI Reports.

  • Prices
    • Price will always display at least 2 digits after the decimal ($2.10 instead of $2.1)
    • If price entered is more than 2 digits after the decimal, it will be displayed ($2.0999)
    • Additional trailing zeros will be removed ($5.09000 changed to $5.09)
  • Sub-Totals & Totals will always be rounded and display 2 digits after the decimal

• Schedule rules on established maintenance plans are now editable
  
  • If the needs of the business prompt you to change the intervals between PMs, it can now be edited (rather than creating a new PM rule
  • If the Log Type or Repeats every frequency value is changed, a warning will appear, asking you to confirm the changes
    

Price Points Overrides

• Now you can import the price points overrides for your parts and services.

Fixes

• Updated Stock Purchase Order form, so a Return PO can include sales tax
• Resolved issue causing duplicate PO's to be generated
• Resolved issue causing duplicate line items to appear on a PO
   

• Fixed issue with selected Meters, so they always appear on Asset Settings screen as intended

• Resolved issue causing Asset meters to not display properly
   

• Attachment feature has been fixed when copying Work Orders

• Inspection comments will now allow greater than 255 characters

• If changes are made to a PM plan, user is prompted to save changes before leaving the screen
