Enhancements

• New color enhancements to the buttons throughout all modules
  
   
• Select modules now allow you to save your customized list view layout
   
  • After selecting what fields should appear, and arranging them in the order you prefer, you can save the view
    
  • Select Saved views to recall this particular layout as needed
  • Those with security clearance can also save layouts for other users as well
    

  Assets

• New Meter option in Asset Settings allows administrators to decide:
  1. If a meter should or should not be made available under a specific Asset Category
  2. If yes, whether that meter should or should not appear on work orders
     
     What does this mean?  
     For assets that have meters with this new "Allow Work Order Entry" setting turned OFF:

     • Users can add log entries from the asset detail screen or via import

     • Users can NOT add this meter entries through work orders

For assets that have meters with this new "Allow Work Order Entry" setting turned ON:

• Users can add log entries from the asset detail screen or via import

• Users can also see and update this meter on work orders

  BI

• New BI pipelines are now available for custom reports including:
  • Inventory Valuation - Previous Month
  • "Customer_ID" in Invoice pipe
  • Adjustments in Cycle Count pipe
  • Work Order Notes in Invoice pipe

  Settings 

• Each Site can now have its own time zone setting, independent from the primary Company time zone setting in the database:
  • Go to Settings > Administration > Company to verify your primary time zone setting
  • Go to Settings > Administration > SITES to establish the time zone variant for each Site listed
    

Fixes

• Work Order status history once again lists the operator's name correctly, when the said operator chooses to fail an inspection
• Invoice issue resolved, so price no longer disappears when altering the price point
• Inventory text color fixed, so it does not appear the same as the background
• Purchase Order reports issue resolved, which caused it to  subtotal the line items incorrectly when receiving multiple batches
• Security Roles setting fixed, ensuring the "Edit Other Users Notes" feature will only change the role indicated
