The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) give you a quick, at-a-glance overview of your invoices.

  1. Navigate to Invoices.
  2. Click the Show KPI clipboard_e701784f50611eb14ba969b1b060add8b.pngicon.

Going across the top of the screen, the following dynamic tools are:

  • Active Invoices - Displays the number of active invoices and click the statistic to display the relevant invoices in the list.
  • Active Estimates - Displays the number of active estimates and click the statistic to display the relevant estimates in the list.
  • Outstanding Invoices - Displays the number of outstanding invoices and click the statistic to display the relevant invoices in the list.
  • Total $ Outstanding - This displays the outstanding invoices amount.
  • Invoices/Estimates by Status - Displays a pie chart by status and when you click the chart, the list view is filtered
  • Total Paid By Month - Displays the invoices paid by month, and when you click on a month, the list view is filtered.

You can reset the view, click the More Actions clipboard_e33980655790844b5ebc55df7a0920154.png icon, and then Reset Grid.
