Add Attachments and Links on a Customer Record

You can quickly add an an attachment or to a customer record.


  1. Navigate to Customers.
  2. Click the Customer Record. The Customer Details form displays.
  3. Click the Attachment Screenshot 2022-12-30 at 9.12.45 AM.png tab.
  4. You can add an attachment by either drag and drop the file to the designated area or click the Add Attachment button and then select the file to upload it.
  5. If you want to add a link, then click the Add Link button. The Add Attachment Link dialog displays.
  6. In the Attachment Link field, enter the link.
  7. Click the Upload Link button.
