Meter entries now required on all meter-based Work Orders

Enhancements

• To preserve the integrity of your database, Meter entries will now be required on all meter-based PM Work Orders. 
  Previously, a setting was available in Settings > Module Settings/Work Orders > Workflow that allowed companies to mandate log entries on all work orders with Assets containing Logs.  This setting is still available. 
  
  The new setting, impacts work orders IF all three of the following conditions occur:

  1. The work order was generated through a scheduled PM

  2. The PM is meter-based (for example: 1000 hour service, 5000 kilometers oil change, etc)

  3. The meter in question has not been updated within the past 7 days 

  • If all three happen, the work order will require the user to update the meter reading, before you are allowed to complete it

• If completion of a PM Work Order is attempted, and it still requires a log entry, the user will be greeted with the message below:

• Resolved issue incorrectly consuming more inventory than was allocated, when completing a Work Order

• Fixed Reset Password button that was not working properly

• Bug fixed where date custom fields were not appearing correctly

• Resolved Purchase Order issue, causing screen to no longer scroll, if you unpost a batch

• Fixed Work Order issue causing it to get stuck loading, after trying to save an 'other cost' without an amount entered

• A stop has been added to REQUIRE log entries associated to a PM work order, before completing that Work Order

• Fixed issue preventing post date/time from appearing on smaller screens, for Work Companion Asset Logs

• Resolved issue causing Asset Lookup to appear blank
