Set up the Folders

You can manage the folders that display in the Business Intelligence module.

  1. From the menu, click Settings.
  2. Under the heading Module Settings, click Business Intelligence.

Add a Top-folder

  1. To add folder, click on the plus clipboard_ed1221597b67f2c95e8673eb38b33df2c.png icon and a new line displays.

  1. Enter the name of the folder.
  2. Click the Save button.

Add a Sub-folder

  1. In the top-folder, click on the Add and a new line displays.

  1. Enter the name of the sub-folder.
  2. Click the Save button.

Edit

  1. For the folder you want to edit, click Edit. 
  2. Edit the folder's name.
  3. Click the Save button.

Delete

  1. For the folder you want to delete, click Delete. The message, "Are you sure you want to delete this record?" displays.
  2. Click the Yes button and the folder is deleted.
