Set up the Folders
You can manage the folders that display in the Business Intelligence module.
- From the menu, click Settings.
- Under the heading Module Settings, click Business Intelligence.
Add a Top-folder
- To add folder, click on the plus
icon and a new line displays.
- Enter the name of the folder.
- Click the Save button.
Add a Sub-folder
- In the top-folder, click on the Add and a new line displays.
- Enter the name of the sub-folder.
- Click the Save button.
Edit
- For the folder you want to edit, click Edit.
- Edit the folder's name.
- Click the Save button.
Delete
- For the folder you want to delete, click Delete. The message, "Are you sure you want to delete this record?" displays.
- Click the Yes button and the folder is deleted.
