Edit a Customer's Details
You can edit the customer's contact information.
- Navigate to Customers.
- Click the Customer Record. By default, the Details tab displays.
This tab lets you update the following:
Any edits are saved automatically.
Customer Image
If you want to add an image, then complete the following:
- Click the Upload Image.
- Navigate to the image and select it.
- Click the Open button and the image is uploaded.
General
Complete the following fields.
Field | Description |

Customer ID |
Unique identification code for the customer. It can contain letters, numbers, or a combination of both, and can be up to 24 characters long. The Customer ID needs to be something meaningful to you since the Customer List will be sorted by this ID by default. |
Customer Name |
Full or official name of the customer. It can contain letters, numbers, or a combination of both, and it can be up to 50 characters long. |
Preferred Name | If you have a preferred name, then uncheck the Same As Customer Name check box and enter in the customer's preferred name. |
Status |
Select the status of the customer. The available options are set up by your Administrator. |

Enter the customer’s email address. |
Barcode/Tag |
Specify a custom barcode using your company's naming convention. System generated and custom barcodes can be used. |
Can Login To M+ Work Requests | By default, this is OFF, toggle this ON to let this customer log in to Eptura Asset's work requests. |
Contact Information
For the Contact Information area, click the Expand icon and complete the following fields.

Phone Number | Enter the customer's phone number. |

Website | Enter the customer's website. |
Street Address (Line 1) | Enter the customer's address. |
Street Address (Line 2) | Enter the customer's address. |
City | Enter the customer's city. |
State | Select the customer's state. |
Zip | Enter the customer's zip or postal code. |
Country | Select the customer's country. |
