Our Implementation team can use this import to populate the PMs.

General Information

  • Do not change the column headers in Row 1 as this is used to complete the upload.

Data Columns 

The table below lists the columns and which columns are required or optional.

Assets that get associated at this level will automatically be assigned all PMs tied to this MP. PMs can also be linked together within a maintenance plans so tasks carry over between them.
PM Yes 24 The frequency of the maintenance and specific tasks are associated at the PM level.
 Service Task Yes 24 Specific items to be checked off by the technician when doing the preventive maintenance.
