Create an Asset Downtime Report

An Asset Downtime Report provides a summary of Asset Downtime during a defined time period including mean time between failures and mean time to repair. This guide will demonstrate how to generate an Asset Downtime Report.

  1. Navigate to REPORTS > ASSETS > ASSET DOWNTIME
  2. Below are the available report criteria, make the appropriate selections using the drop down menu for each field

    • Date Range
      • The time period in which downtime was reported
    • Date Field
      • Select between Time Down and Time Up
    • Asset Selection (optional)
      • Generate results specific to a particular Asset(s)
    • Sub Category Selection
      • Select the Sub Category for the Assets to include in the report
    • Show Chart
      • Toggle downtime chart on and off

    The report populates based on selected criteria and is displayed above the report and is now available to be exported:
