September's release includes.

General Maintenance - September 26th

  • Purchase Order - You will now be able to enter a decimal place for a Service Task quantity.

General Maintenance - September 5th

Released September 5th

  • Work Order Details - Log entry reverts to 0; this has been fixed and the log entry is now deleted.
  • Work Orders - The canceled work orders from schedules now show a "cancelled" stamp in the history.
  • Work Orders - When I create a Work Order from a Purchase Order adding on a non-stocked part that was received with a cost. Now, either the part cost is not brought over to the Work Order due to it being non-stocked or the part cost is retained through on completion.
  • Inventory - The base unit of measure now respects the decimal place setting.
  • Invoice Settings Workflow - The spending thresholds now respects the setting and the message "This Work Order exceeds your maximum spending cap" will display when the invoice exceeds the spending cap.
  • Reports - When you select any category where you can filter the report with asset selection and then search for assets, now you can clear the selected assets when you click the X to clear the selected items.
  • Operator Companion - The failed submission message now displays "Submission Failed: Unable to submit inspection because one or more log types in this inspection are not associated to the asset category.
