Add Notes on a Customer Record

Notes can be added to your customer records.


  1. Navigate to Customers.
  2. Click the Customer Record. By default the Details tab displays.
  3. Click the Notes Notes.png tab.
  4. Click the New Note button.  The New Public Note dialog displays.
  5. Enter or paste in your text.
  6. Click the Add Note button.

The note is automatically saved.
