General Maintenance
- Work Order Module
- Resolved an issue where the sales tax rate was incorrectly rounded on Other Cost and Service Item invoice line items; tax rates are now calculated accurately without rounding discrepancies.
- Resolved an issue preventing work orders from closing due to allocation errors with non-stocked parts; work orders can now be closed without removing such parts.
- Fixed an issue in the Work Order task parts list slide-out where long part names overlapped the description; now the name field truncates excess text like the description field.
- Asset Modules
- Resolved an issue where adding a vendor to an asset was not saving; selected vendors are now correctly retained when reopening the asset detail panel.
- Resolved an issue where the Memo field was missing from Purchase Orders in the POST API call; the Memo field is now correctly populated when creating a purchase order.
- Resolve issues in Part Kitting for the following: search, quantity validation, and duplicate prevention.
- Inventory Module
- Resolved an issue where required custom fields were not enforced when creating or editing parts; users are now prompted to provide values for all required custom fields in the part details.
- Resolved an issue where line item fields (Budget, Cost, Unit, Sales Tax) could be edited on fully received part lines; these fields are now locked down to prevent confusion, while comments remain editable as per product guidance.
- Planning Board
- Resolved an issue in the Planning Board where users restricted to their assigned work orders could access others’ work orders; now users only see work orders they are assigned to.
- Work Request Module
- Resolved an issue with QR code printing for Work Request labels where the OC QR displayed only Asset ID and Description; now the correct Work Request QR text appears on labels.
- Resolved an issue where creating a work order from a request with a required Contact Lookup field would show an error message and leave the custom field empty; now the work order is created without errors and the custom field is correctly populated.
- Purchase Order Module
- Resolved an issue where reopening a historical purchase order with a required custom field triggered a red error; now, required field validation is bypassed when reopening inactive POs, allowing them to be reopened without errors.
