Reset a User's Password
Level: Administrator
When you are an Admin, you can reset a user's password. The users are found in the Employee Management screen and the employee types can be either a Full User, Mobile User, Operator, or Requester.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Under the Administration heading, click Employees & Users and the Employee Management screen displays.
- Browse or search the list for the employee.
- Click the employee's name and the Contact Profile form displays

- Click the Password Reset button and the password reset email is sent out to the employee/user.
