Reset a User's Password

Level: Administrator

When you are an Admin, you can reset a user's password. The users are found in the Employee Management screen and the employee types can be either a Full User, Mobile User, Operator, or Requester.

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Under the Administration heading, click Employees & Users and the Employee Management screen displays.
  3. Browse or search the list for the employee.
  4. Click the employee's name and the Contact Profile form displays

  1. Click the Password Reset button and the password reset email is sent out to the employee/user.
