Occupancy Report Enhancement

Released July 3rd

The Unasssigned value and Capacity value have been corrected in the following Occupancy reports:

• Sites Occupancy report
• Floor Occupancy report
• Building Occupancy report
• Future Occupancy report
• Lease/Costs- Floor report- for capacity

Capacity values on all the impacted reports now match the calculated capacity values on the Manage Neighborhood screen for that building/floor/location.

Capactiy Formula

Total number of seats per building/floor + Neighborhood Capacity - Number of Seat Associated to that neighborhood + Meeting room spaces belonging to neighborhood

For example, the Neighborhood capacity is calculated as:

Max of (Total Unique Employees Associated to neighborhood and Total Spaces Associated to neighborhood)

Unassigned Formula 

Unassigned = Capacity - Assigned
