Recurring Desk Bookings

Recurring desk bookings are here! 

Your employees can reserve hotel desks on a recurring basis: daily, weekly, or monthly. They can also create a custom booking plan. After they have booked, they can add a recurring booking to your calendar.

Your Admin can enable the recurring desk bookings, for details see Enable Recurring Hotel Desk Booking.  


Set up Booking Capacity Limits

To assist with your region's COVID-19 restrictions your business can now limit the number of people visiting an office floor by setting a capacity limit.

Your Admin can enable and customize the settings:

  • Default Booking Capacity - By default, the booking capacity restriction is 50%. 
  • Restrictions per Location - Specify which location or locations will be restricted.

Hotel Desk Report now includes the Filter by Date Range

The Hotel Desk Report now includes report-by-date filters so that you can view hotel report data for a specific date or date range. Date ranges will be displayed in your local time zone.
