Change existing Workplace Group's desks to Hoteling Desks

When you have an existing Workplace Group with seats and employees assigned on the floor map, and you change the seat's usage type to Hoteling Desk then any assigned employees will be removed. 

In this example, the Workplace Group called Project X is on the floor map.

When the usage type is changed to Hoteling Desk, then:

  • the Department and Workplace Group allocation remains.
  • the employee assignment is removed.
