Disable your company's Email Notifications
By default, your employees will receive a Booking Confirmation email and a Booking Reminder Email before the booking starts. If your company doesn’t want employees to receive these emails, your Admin can disable these notifications.
From the SiQ Web App, complete the following steps:
- In the top-right corner, click your Profile and then click Settings.
- From the left menu, click Company Settings.
If you want to disable all email notifications, then toggle the Email Notifications setting to OFF.
If you want to disable only one or two of the email notifications, then leave the Email Notifications setting ON and then either:
- uncheck the Receive booking remember email notifications 24 hrs before the booking start time.
- uncheck the Receive booking confirmation emails.
The default setting is unchecked for Receive booking cancellation emails. To enable this functionality for all users, click on the selection box to check that setting.
