Requirements for Employee Data

The Employee Import requires the following:

  • Each row must represent a single person.

The table below lists the columns that are the main fields to import.

Workstation Number

The seat the employee is assigned to.

Location

This populates the employee’s location. Also, this field is used to populate the HR Location drop-down in the Building.

If you want the following columns can be included in the Employe import file too. These files can be set up after your initial import.

These employees will not be coming back into the office or they have no office near them to go to. They will either work strictly from home or are a field worker.

In this column you can use either:
