Force Delete for Spaces with Uncancelled Move Orders

We have improved the space deletion workflow to give users more control when managing spaces with hidden or uncancelled move orders.

Previously, if the user attempted to delete a space that had uncancelled move orders associated with it, the system doesn't delete the space. This often causes bottlenecks during floor plan cleanup or reconfiguration tasks.

Now, users can "Force Delete" such spaces directly from the floor map.

1. Delete a space that has uncancelled or hidden move orders. 
2. The delete confirmation dialog displays the message “This space(s) has active move orders. Click the Delete to cancel them and delete the space(s).”
3. Click the Delete button and this permanently deletes the space(s) from the floor map, regardless of the pending move order status.
