Report issues from the Eptura Engage mobile app

If your organization has integrated ServiceNow, you can report issues with meeting spaces and personal spaces, or other assets managed by ServiceNow, from the Report Issue option in the Eptura Engage mobile app. as explained below, or the Report issue module in the Eptura Engage web app. Submitting an issue from Eptura Engage creates an associated incident ticket in ServiceNow.

How to report an issue from the 'Report issue' option in the mobile app


Report an issue from the 'Report issue' option in the Eptura Engage mobile app to automatically create an associated incident ticket in ServiceNow.

If the third-party reporting issue system is not enabled for the location you are attending (or your default location if you are not in the office today), the Profile icon will be displayed instead of the Report issue icon.

  1. From the Eptura Engage mobile app, tap Report issue from the icon menu across the bottom.
  2. Complete the fields as follows:
    1. Location: Select the location from the drop-down list. Only locations that have 'Report issue' enabled are shown.
    2. Floor: Select the floor where the resource or asset is located.
    3. Category: Select the ServiceNow category for the affected resource or asset.
    4. Subject/Resource name: Enter a short description. If the issue is with an Eptura Engage resource - include the name of the meeting space or personal space. Note - this is the only description (free-text) field that is visible on the submitted reports list in Eptura Engage.
    5. Briefly describe the issue: Enter details about the issue. Note - this field is not visible in Eptura Engage after submitting the report.
  3. Click Submit to create an associated incident ticket in ServiceNow.

User Profile: When enabled, the Report issue option replaces the Profile option in the icon menu - the user profile can be opened by tapping your profile initials icon at the top of the Today screen.

Submitted reports and their status are listed in the Report Issues module in the Eptura Engage web app.
