The Workplace Experience Agent extends Intelligent booking beyond the initial search, giving employees a faster, more intuitive way to secure personal spaces when availability is limited. Instead of repeatedly checking for available workspaces, employees can join a Waitlist that monitors availability and books the best available space on their behalf. If an employee has an existing booking outside their preferred group, Intelligent seat upgrades continue to monitor eligible spaces and can move them to a better space if one becomes available.

The Workplace Experience Agent provides the following AI capabilities when making bookings with Eptura Engage:

• Intelligent booking - books the best available space when you set yourself in the office, create a team day, or use Quick book.
• Waitlist - for when a space was not booked because none were available.
• Intelligent seat upgrades - for when a space is booked but it is not in the preferred group.
