Home setup - Welcome pages
The Meeting spaces and Personal spaces home pages can contain an configurable message to welcome your users and give useful advice when booking the spaces, or any other message that might be useful. A message can also be added to the Visitor home page if enabled.
How to add messages to the home pages
One message per Country can be set for each resource type.
- Sign in to the Eptura Engage web app and go to Application setup > Home setup
- Country - Select the Country from the drop-down list.
- Resource - Select either Meeting Spaces, All-day Personal Spaces, or Visitors as appropriate.
- Language - Select the language for the message.
- Title - Enter the title to display as a heading across the top.
- Message - Enter the message to display.
- Click Save when done.
Your message is immediately visible on the resource home page for the selected country.
