Configure a group for meeting spaces

How to configure a group to manage meeting spaces

  1. Navigate to Application Setup > Groups.
  2. Select the Country (already selected if you only have one country).
  3. Select a Group configured to manage meeting space resources and daily personal space resources. Or to create a new group, click New Group or Create Duplicate Group. Learn more: Create a group and set permissions
  4. Click Select a resource type and select Meeting spaces.
  5. Choose an option from the Select an action menu:
