Eptura Engage user provisioning for Eptura Visitor

Introduction

Eptura Engage user provisioning for Eptura Visitor is designed for new or existing Eptura Engage customers who want to implement a new Eptura Visitor integration. The process automates the synchronization of users and locations from Eptura Engage to Eptura Visitor, helping to achieve a seamless experience when implementing the Eptura Visitor visitor management system with Eptura Engage. An automated daily synchronization from Eptura Engage to Eptura Visitor ensures consistency is maintained across both systems.

No action is required by the customer for the initial user provisioning as the automated process is entirely managed internally by our Eptura Engage experts. Eptura Engage Global admins are granted admin rights to the default Eptura Visitor location, and all other users are granted normal user rights.

When you integrate Eptura Visitor with Eptura Engage, you manage all your users and locations from Eptura Engage, reducing the cost and complexities of maintaining data across two systems. Managing users and locations in one place also improves security and reliability.

When Eptura Visitor is enabled, the legacy Eptura Engage visitor module is disabled.
