Update: Concierge Announcement tile

Status: 🚀Released 2025 June Eptura Engage Cloud Product Release

The new Announcement tile is a double-width tile for location-specific announcements or events. 

The tile can either open an 'announcement' or 'event' card. When set as an event, the card includes an 'I'm attending' button which marks the user as in the office on the day of the event.

Update: Workweeks 

Status: 🚀Released 2025 June Eptura Engage Cloud Product Release

We're introducing Workweek assignments and schedules so you can manage which weeks, or days of the week, groups of users can book personal spaces.

For example, assignment group A might be able to book a workspace on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and group B might be able to book from Friday to Monday. Or, you might want to allow assignment groups C and D to book workspaces on alternate weeks.

Update: Mandatory cost code entry

Make entering cost codes mandatory for all meeting space bookings, regardless of whether there is a cost associated with the booking. When released, contact Eptura to enable mandatory cost codes for your organization.

Following customer feedback, the booking grid for meeting spaces is being adjusted to allow longer space names to wrap over two lines.

The Quick book option that instantly books a suitable workspace based on search criteria, will soon be available for shift and hourly personal space resources.

Update: Exchange Sync: Migrate to Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 integration

Status: 🚀Released 2025 June Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 Integration Release

Migrate existing Exchange Sync bookings to the Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 integration and benefit from the many smart features the integration provides. The Microsoft 365 integration is built on the latest technologies and provides a feature-rich experience when booking meeting spaces through Microsoft Outlook.

We're bringing visitors to the mobile app. If you have the Condeco Visitor module enabled for your organization, you will be able to book in visitors from the Condeco mobile app.

Update: Copilot for Eptura Engage (Condeco)

Status: Available for early access.

Copilot for Eptura Engage (Condeco) enhances the scope and capabilities of the Condeco app for Microsoft Teams, by using conversational AI technology to simplify tasks such as planning collaborations with colleagues, and booking workspaces and meeting spaces. Users interact with the Condeco chatbot directly from Microsoft Teams, using natural language commands, and Condeco processes these requests to efficiently streamline the user experience.
