Product: Eptura Microsoft 365 integration

Update: Conflict report for Exchange room mapping

Status: Expected Q3 2025

We're adding a process that checks for conflicting bookings in the mapped Exchange room calendar and Eptura Engage space, before the spaces are mapped. The conflict report is sent via email, giving the opportunity to resolve conflicts either by deleting them from Eptura Engage or deleting/declining the Exchange event. Only spaces without conflicting bookings are mapped and their bookings synchronized.

Update: Copilot for Eptura Engage (Condeco)

Status: Available for early access.

Copilot for Eptura Engage (Condeco) enhances the scope and capabilities of the Eptura Engage app for Microsoft Teams, by using conversational AI technology to simplify tasks such as planning collaborations with colleagues, and booking workspaces and meeting spaces. Users interact with the Eptura Engage chatbot directly from Microsoft Teams, using natural language commands, and Eptura Engage processes these requests to efficiently streamline the user experience.
