Global settings

Eptura platform services

If your organization is using Eptura's platform services, your locations, workspace types, resources, and users are centrally managed from Eptura Home:

  • Locations: Manage sites, buildings, and floors from the Portfolio Manager
  • Workspace types: Manage space types from Space Types
  • Resources: Manage spaces from the Portfolio Manager
  • Users: Manage users from the Directory 

Other settings are also affected, such as floor plans, zones, advanced setup, and global settings.

To view and edit global settings, sign in to Eptura Engage with a Global Administrator account and navigate to Advanced setup Global setup

The settings are organized on the following tabs (some tabs and settings are hidden when Eptura platform services is enabled):

  • Application
  • Email
  • Meeting spaces
  • Advanced grid
  • Video Conference
  • Personal spaces
  • Vendors
  • Visitors
  • Outlook
  • Payment
  • Reports

Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save any changes.
