2026 April Eptura Device Hub Product Release

Updates

Improved 'Go Back' navigation on Screen Health page

The 'Go back' action on the Screen Health page now preserves your pagination, filters, sort order, and scroll position when navigating back from a room's detail view - even after a page refresh. This means you'll always return to exactly where you left off, making it faster to review multiple rooms without losing your place.

Bulk reboot at building and all-floors levels

You can now trigger a bulk reboot of Eptura (Condeco) Room Screen v2 devices at the building or all-floors level directly from Screen Health. Requests are safely throttled, validated, and processed in batches on the backend, making large-scale recovery significantly faster and more reliable.

'IsGraphEnabled' column added to Power BI reports

A new 'IsGraphEnabled' column is now available in the Device Hub Power BI report, indicating whether each Eptura (Condeco) Room Screen v2 device is connected via Microsoft Graph API or EWS. This gives administrators clearer visibility into protocol usage across their estate, helping with troubleshooting and migration planning from EWS to Graph API.

Note: The Device Hub Power BI report is available by request. To request the data for your devices, contact support

California Privacy Policy link added to Device Hub login page

A visible California Privacy Policy (SaaS) link is now displayed on the Device Hub Self Service login page, ensuring compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and giving users easy access to privacy information before signing in.
