Swap personal spaces from the Today page
Users who already have a personal space booked for today, can now swap the booking for a different space from the Today page, making it easy to switch desks without cancelling and rebooking.
When searching for a personal space or using the Quick Book option from the Today page, available spaces now show a Swap with this space button - when the button is selected, the space is booked and their originally booked space is released.

The Ideas Forum is hosted by UserVoice which now supports single sign-on (SSO) - after clicking 'Suggest an idea', the user is prompted to consent to UserVoice processing their data. Inflated costs shown on Banquet Event Order (BEO) for multi-day events with linked rooms: When a multi-day event included bookings for linked rooms, the total event cost shown in the BEO Event Summary was incorrectly multiplying the number of linked rooms associated with the booking. Instead of treating linked rooms as a single grouped booking, the system calculated and added the cost for each linked room individually, resulting in an inflated total event cost proportional to the number of linked rooms. Special characters included in Microsoft Outlook event titles were lost during synchronization: When synchronizing bookings with Eptura Engage, a plus ( + ) symbol included in a Microsoft Outlook event title would convert to a space in the associated Eptura Engage booking.
