Auto-subscription
To provide a seamless subscription journey for users who do not use the Eptura Engage Outlook add-in, the initial booking is no longer declined when Eptura Engage is automatically subscribed to the user's calendar after an Exchange room is invited to an event.
Previously, when a user invited an Exchange room to an event when Eptura Engage was not already subscribed to their calendar, the calendar was automatically subscribed but the initial booking was declined.

In Microsoft Outlook Classic, delegate users might incorrectly see one of the following messages when opening the Engage Outlook add-in: ‘Your booking could not be created as Outlook is still synchronizing its meeting data. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact your IT administrator.’ ‘Your booking could not be loaded as your Outlook client is still synchronizing its meeting data and is taking longer than expected. You can try to edit the booking from Outlook on the Web or try again later’. Fix: The logic to trigger this message, which helps safeguard against when Microsoft Outlook returns an invalid Event ID, has been improved. Now a message is only displayed when the Event ID provided by Microsoft Outlook is incorrect or when the alternative mechanism of getting the Event ID via Graph API fails. |

When a user opens a delegate’s calendar and makes changes to the event title or time after launching the add-in, they are now prompted to resynchronize the booking. This helps prevent unintentional booking deletions or out-of-sync issues when Microsoft Outlook returns an incorrect EventID. |

A synchronization issue that occurred when a mapped room was selected as an alternate for an unmapped room (or vice versa), is now fixed. This previously led to discrepancies between Microsoft Exchange and Eptura Engage. |

IN-21111 |
We fixed an issue where converting a single-room series to a multi-room series failed to synchronize correctly from Eptura Engage to Microsoft Outlook. |

IN-21114 |
An issue has been resolved where deleting a booking in Eptura Engage did not reflect in Exchange. |

IN-21105 |
The Eptura Engage Outlook add-in incorrectly showed the login screen when a user switched from their own calendar to a delegate’s calendar. This has been fixed. |

We resolved an issue that caused the self-healing function to incorrectly assign an alternate meeting space with less seating capacity than the original requirement, when a recurrence booking was created using the Engage Outlook add-in. |
