Book a visit from the Eptura Engage mobile app: Early access is available now;  Contact Eptura for more information. General availability is expected July 2025.

Your visitors can be quickly booked in from the Eptura Engage mobile app. The visit and the visitor's details are then displayed on the 'Your visitors' page of the Eptura Engage on the web where you can add further details and add them as an attendee to an existing meeting space booking. If your organization has integrated Eptura Engage with Eptura Visitor (Eptura Visitor), the visit details are displayed in the Visitor Logbook,

Required: Visitors must be enabled in Global setup to manage visits and visitors in Eptura Engage, or if integrated, in Eptura Visitor (Eptura Visitor).

Follow the steps to book a visit from the Eptura Engage mobile app.

  1. Open the Eptura Engage mobile app and tab Book.
  2. Tap Book in a visitor.
  3. Tap the visitor type, usually External Visitor or Contractor, and tap Continue.

The visitor type is shown as 'Pass Type' in the Visitor Details on the web app. The default options are 'External Visitor' and 'Contractor', but your organization might have different names configured.

  1. Enter the visitor's name (mandatory), email address, company name, and arrival date and time, and tap Create visitor.
  2. When the 'visitor added' confirmation is displayed, tap Close

Your visitor has been added to the visitor log and can be managed from the Visitor module in the Eptura Engage on the web or if Eptura Visitor (Proxyclick) is integrated, the Visitor Logbook.

Currently, booked visits are not shown in the Eptura Engage mobile app. This functionality is expected later in 2025.
