End a meeting

When a meeting finishes early, the meeting organizer can end the booking from the meeting room screen to free the space for others.

1. Tap END on the meeting room screen.
   

2. Swipe your RFID card at the bottom center of the display or enter your PIN on the alpha-numeric pad.
   

3. The remaining time slot now displays n GREEN and is available for a new booking.
