Eptura Engage Analytics allows the exploration of workspace engagement and usage data from a tactical and strategic perspective. Through specially curated views, you have enhanced visibility of the effectiveness of your workplaces in terms of resource usage, employee engagement, and long-term demand trends.
The dashboard can be viewed offline by connecting to the Power BI data model. Contact Eptura Support for more information.
A Live Analytics dashboard is also available. Live Analytics is a real-time operational dashboard that provides both real-time and recent-time views of how your personal space and meeting space resources are being used in a selected location. Learn more: Live Analytics

Viewing and analyzing the data on the Eptura Engage Analytics dashboard assumes some familiarity with Power BI.

How to launch Eptura Engage Analytics
The Analytics module is available to Global Admins and to Video Admins with Reports access enabled.
Launch the dashboard from the Analytics module in Eptura Engage on the web.
The Hourly personal spaces option is only visible if hourly personal space resources exist.
