Eptura Visitor (Proxyclick)
Eptura Visitor (formally Proxyclick) is a cloud-based visitor management solution that provides a single interface to manage employees and visitors to your workplace, while improving security, efficiency, and compliance.
The employee and visitor management features of Eptura Visitor combined with Eptura Engage’s workspace booking technology, delivers a seamless workplace experience. The integration makes it easy to invite and manage external visitors when you want to collaborate in the workplace. Visitors are automatically pre-registered in Eptura Visitor and receive personalized details about the meeting along with their check-in details.
Eptura Engage can also utilize Eptura Visitor's badge swipe data at the point of entry to the workplace, to accurately track employee presence and check them into their booked workspaces, and, if an employee hasn't booked a space in advance, Eptura Engage's intelligent bookings can automatically book one when they arrive.
If desired, visitors can be managed in both the Eptura Engage Visitor module and Eptura Visitor, although we recommend disabling some Eptura Engage functionality in Global setup if you use both. Learn more: Eptura Engage global settings and the Eptura Visitor integration
